WestCare California, Inc.’s Crisis Care Mobile Unit (CCMU) provides crisis care mobile outreach services, which include mental health services, crisis de-escalation, wellness planning, and linkages to community resources for individuals experiencing crises related to behavioral health, mental health, substance use, or a co-occurring mental health and substance use crisis.

Scope & Services
The CCMU team provides services to the Community of Madera County including but not limited to: crisis intervention services, wellness planning, referrals to community resources and treatment providers, assisting with the evaluation of California Welfare and Institutions Code Section 5150, and/or assisting in safety planning, client-centered and team-based interventions, and service coordination with Madera County's Department of Behavioral Health Services, Madera County's Department of Social Services, and our law enforcement partners within Madera County.
CCMU operates from 4:00 pm to 8:30 am on Monday through Friday and 24 hours on weekends and county-declared holidays.
