Madera Mobile Crisis

WestCare California, Inc.’s Madera Mobile Crisis provides county-wide mobile outreach services, which include mental health services, crisis de-escalation, wellness planning, and linkages to community resources for individuals experiencing crises related to behavioral health, mental health, substance use, or a co-occurring mental health and substance use crisis.

Scope & Services

The Madera Mobile Crisis team provides county-wide services as determined by the City of Madera's Police Department (MPD) and Madera County Sheriff's Office (MSO) in collaboration with Madera County's Department of Behavioral Health Services. The team is available to accompany law enforcement personnel to the resident's home or designated site. Services are available to adults, children, and youth who are receiving assistance from MPD and MSO who are deemed appropriate to receive an assessment for mental health intervention and/or de-escalation as determined by law enforcement responders, when indicated. County residents are also provided with referrals to appropriate community services from other local providers.

Madera Mobile Crisis operates from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm on Monday through Friday.
