Celebrating Families! Program is a 12-week curriculum for families that addresses resiliency and risk factors while incorporating addiction recovery concepts with healthy family living skills. Celebrating families explores the four aspects of healthy living: Physical, Psychological, Social, and Spiritual. Each of the sessions is fully scripted, including role-plays, children’s stories, and activity sheets. Every session begins with a FREE MEAL to encourage family bonding time.

Scope & Services
Program Focus: A 12-week evening curriculum dedicated to supporting families where a parent is struggling with problematic substance use.
Target Population: Families with children ages 0-18 who are at risk of engaging in Domestic Violence, child abuse, or child neglect.
Key Services & Curriculum:
- Integrates addiction recovery concepts with essential healthy family living skills.
- Explores four aspects of healthy living: Physical, Psychological, Social, and Spiritual.
- Utilizes fully scripted sessions, including role-plays, children's stories, and activity sheets.
Incentives & Support:
- Each session begins with a FREE MEAL to encourage family bonding.
- Provides Free Groceries and additional incentives throughout the program.
- WTW participants receive 4 credit hours per week.
Eligibility & Location:
- Exclusively serves families receiving CalWORKS and Welfare to Work (WTW) services in Fresno County.
